WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

As a member of clubhummel you'll get free shipping on all standard deliveries. If you are not a member of clubhummel, we offer free delivery on all orders above 60 EURO.

For orders under 60 EUR, the delivery costs 5.00 EUR. The delivery costs are not included in the price of the product and will be communicated during the finalization of the order before its confirmation.

WHO DELIVERS YOUR PACKAGE?

Orders are sent by DPD to the address you provide. The telephone number provided is used to inform you about the delivery by text message. If you are not at home when DPD arrives with the package, it will be delivered to the nearest courier and they will be responsible for notification.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We deliver within 4-6 business days using DPD. Please note that during sales periods, holidays, and promotions the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual.

You can track your order by using the Track & Trace number provided in the dispatch confirmation e-mail which is sent to you alongside your invoice e-mail. 

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver to mainland France. We're not delivering in overseas French countries (Martinique, Réunion, Guadeloupe etc.) and Monaco.
